Coconut Chia Pudding

  • 6 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 3 cups of coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Sweetened coconut shreds to taste.
  • Granola to taste.
  • Serving size of vanilla orgain protein powder.
  1. In a large mason jar add all of the ingredients and mix all together except protein powder and granola.
  2. Place an air tight lid on and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes take out and stir the pudding together. Then put back into the fridge.
  4. After another 30 minutes, mix in the protein powder and top with granola.
