- 6 tbsp of chia seeds
- 3 cups of coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Sweetened coconut shreds to taste.
- Granola to taste.
- Serving size of vanilla orgain protein powder.
- In a large mason jar add all of the ingredients and mix all together except protein powder and granola.
- Place an air tight lid on and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes take out and stir the pudding together. Then put back into the fridge.
- After another 30 minutes, mix in the protein powder and top with granola.
